We collect the following information from LawLytics Members:

When you register an account and become a LawLytics member (“Member”). This information may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, IP address, and any additional information that you provide.

We use tracking technologies and cookies to authenticate and remember you, keep you logged in, and customize your experience.

We track our Members’ activities on the site, and provide this information to account owners for tracking purposes.

We collect the following information from Public visitors:

When a non-member visits a LawLytics powered site, we collect the standard and customary information that all websites collect including IP address, location, browser type, operating system, mobile device and provider, ISP, and screen resolution.

When you interact with any form on any LawLytics powered site, we preserve all of the information sent in the form, as well as a time and IP stamp for authentication and spam prevention.


We use the information we collect from LawLytics Members:

To enable you to communicate and share information with other Members in your network;

Administer your account and users, and personalize the services we provide you;

Send you service and promotional communication through emails and notices in your LawLytics control panel.

We use the information we collect from Public visitors:

To track website performance, analytics, statistics and evaluate user experiences and habits.

We do not provide your personal identifiable information to any third parties for marketing purposes, including selling or renting it.


Do not abuse the LawLytics service by using it to harass, disparage, demean, abuse, harass, spam or otherwise violate the User Agreement or Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy (effective June 1, 2012)

This privacy policy applies to LawLytics.com and all applications and subdomains thereof. It does not apply to information collected by our customers using websites, forms or chat sessions powered by the LawLytics application. Each law firm is solely responsible for selecting and enforcing their own privacy policies on their own websites.

LawLytics, Inc collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our services, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.

We transfer information about you if LawLytics, Inc or the LawLytics platform is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, LawLytics will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


When you register for LawLytics we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. We also ask you to verify active membership in at least one bar association by at least one member of your firm.

LawLytics, Inc, the parent company of LawLytics, uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. LawLytics, Inc does not share your personal information with third parties, unless explicitly approved by you.


A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Cookies are required to use the LawLytics application.

We use cookies to record current session information, but do not require permanent cookies.


LawLytics uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although LawLytics owns the code, databases, and all rights to the LawLytics application, you retain all rights to your data.


LawLytics, Inc may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service of any of our applications.


Because of changes in technology and the growth and development of our business, or for other business reasons, we may need to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post on this Site a copy of the modified Privacy Policy, which will become effective 30 days after it is first posted on this Site. You should regularly review this Site to ensure that you are informed of any changes and if you are also a registered user, be sure that the email address on record is current. If you are a registered user, we will also email you to the email address then on record a link to a copy of the modified Privacy Policy 30 days before it will go in effect. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you shall cease using this Site. Your continued access to the Site will indicate you have accepted the change.

Unless we obtain your express consent, any revised Privacy Policy will apply only to information collected after the time it takes effect, and not to information collected under any earlier Privacy Policy.
