A State Patrol Officer pulled over B.S. for making a wide right turn in Buckhead.  He admitted to having consumed a few beers, and agreed to field sobriety evaluations.  The trooper indicated that B.S. failed the field sobriety evaluations, and arrested him for DUI and took him to the City of Atlanta Detention Center for a breath test where B.S. registered .088.  Mr. Ryczek negotiated the case down to reckless driving.
